Caline Exotic Moments lets you revisit a sunset in a desert oasis, as the heat slowly dissipates and a gentle breeze carries with it fragrances reminiscent of blooming groves of orange trees or the richly ornate fabric of an exotic evening dress. It is that moment between day and night that brings to life the myths and heroes from Arabian Nights, the blue hour of Caline Exotic Moments.

As with Caline, which also means "to lovingly cuddle and caress" in French, the especially sensual and exotic fragrance of Caline Exotic Moments is enchanting. Parfums Grès Paris will launch this perfume in Fall 2009 as a special limited edition.

 

The Fragrance

Behind the exotic notes are two experienced French perfumers, Thomas Lafontaine and Henri Bergia, in collaboration with Expressions Parfumées from the perfume town of Grasse in southern France.

They have developed a fruity chypre perfume with refined fragrance components that give it harmony and an elegant strength.

The top note combines fresh essences of mandarin, green leaves, and black currents. A cocktail of white peach, coriander seeds, and Damascus rose unfold harmoniously in the middle note. The benzoin, resin, hint of patchouli and cedarwood in the base notes will transport you leaving a mystically oriental impression.
