These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by customers on www.parfumsgres.com, a website belonging to Parfums Grès SA, headquartered in Grubenstrasse 18, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland. By purchasing products from www.parfumsgres.com, customers agree with these terms of sale. Parfums Grès SA is entitled to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time. Prices
The prices on our website are in EUR. All prices include VAT.
Shipment costs
Shipment of orders with a value over 45 € is free of charge. Customers ordering for less than 45 € will be charged 15 € for shipment costs.
Ordering
Orders are possible 24 hours a day on www.parfumsgres.com . When the customer sends the order, it becomes legally binding. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the details of his / her order are correct and that he / she has the necessary credit limits and authority to use the credit card used for the payment of the order.
Credit Cards
Accepted payments methods are MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. When the customer places his / her order on www.parfumsgres.com, he/she agrees that Parfums Grès SA charges his / her account with the amount corresponding to the order. The amount will be deducted directly after the ordering process.

Delivery

Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the order was made. The customer must return the goods to the sender address in the same condition as they arrived at the customer’s cost for a full refund of the product cost. Parfums Grès will not refund the shipment costs.
Returns
Should the ordered goods be faulty or damaged, Parfums Grès apologizes and kindly asks the customer to send them back to the sender address at Parfums Grès costs. We will immediately provide a substitute.
Safety disclaimer
For the customer’s own safety, Parfums Grès recommends that the customer reads carefully all information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflet that may be included in the product.
